Heidi Semann is the Executive Director and is responsible for the strategic vision, direction, and day-to-day operations of Parotid Patient Project.

As a parotid patient, Heidi brings a personal perspective to the organization and truly understands the challenges that patients face when they are diagnosed with a parotid gland tumor.

Heidi’s personal experiences led her to become a passionate advocate for parotid patients and led her to create this organization.

She received her Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University School of Law, and she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
