Gregory Nelson is a Project Executive for Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national leader in commercial real estate services, where he is responsible for estimating, budget preparation, scheduling, cost control, and overall project administration.  His recent work has focused primarily on senior living communities and medical office buildings. Greg enjoys the daily challenges of the development and construction industries as well as mentoring talent within the organization.

Greg earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Greg lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his wife and two sons.  Together they are advocates for the advancement of medical research due to previous family experiences.
